Genba kaizen
GENBA KAIZEN
Kaizen is a daily activity with the goals of elimination of waste, just-in-time delivery, production load leveling of amount and types, standardized work, paced moving lines, right-sized equipment, etc. Every 2 months, each department, production line will propose their best projects for any of the above purposes. Each project will be presented in actual implementation with the observation of Gemba Kaizen team. This team, after that, will evaluate to choose the best Kaizen that can be applied effectively. To encourage all employees joining this program, our company always gives 3 prizes (first, second and third) to those Kaizen with good results. Prizes are always given directly by General Director infront of all employees, which make them very happy and proud.
