SUPERIOR SKILLS TRAINING COURSE

We attach special importance to training our staffs and workers in order to give them fully knowledge and understandings about their jobs and duties so that they can work much better and produce good products.

From start until now, we have been successful in organizing some training courses such as:
• Superior skill training course for staffs with more than 25 attendances
• Total quality management skill with 26 attendances
• Kaizen and Muda awareness with 30 attendances
• Horenso training with 30 attendances
• Awareness of work for workers with more than 250 attendances
After training, we will give them the awareness test to check their understandings to assure that all the knowledge are observed and applied well in actual working.
Beside the training activities to make all staffs become professional, we also pay attention to training our staffs other subjects such as: safety, fire preventing and fighting, sanitary, first aids, English and Japanese course… so that all employees can improve their knowledge.
