TRAINING AND IMPROVING MANAGEMENT SKILL FOR STAFF
In order to develop the ability of staffs, from July 2007, we always join training activities of professional knowledge associations such as:July 2007, there are two persons took part in training course on Plant Management methods in Manufacturers held by The Association for overseas technical scholarship ( AOTS) in Ha Noi, Viet Nam. The content of training included: Total quality management, MUDA ( Waste) and Kaizen ( Improvement activities).

Through the training course, we knew about the way to improve our communication skill and how to make plan and solve problems using PDCA (Plan – Do – Check – Action) circle.
November, 2007, two persons took part in Seven QC Tools training course organized by The Association for overseas technical scholarship ( AOTS) in Ha Noi Viet Nam
Through this training course we have knowledge on statistics and the way to analize data and information.
