3Q5S every month
3Q5S Activity
The Term 3Q5S was derived from the first letter of Quality and the four Japanese terms that were used to described the program:
3Q means:
- Quality worker
- Quality company
- Quality product
5S means:
- Seiri
- Seiton
- Seiso
- Seiketsu
- Shitsuke
The basic idea of the program is simply itself: keeping things perfectly clean and orderly will increase both efficiency so all our employees clearly understand how to implement 3Q4S, day by day they complete performance.
We also set up 3Q4S auditor to monitor and audit each department twice per month so our factory always keeps clean, and every end of the month we will give a prize to the first department which with highest average point.
