Yearly, Ryonan always organizes some small parties or activities to encourage all workers and staffs.

The picnic for the whole company takes place on Sept 29. This activity is to celebrate company foundation on Sept 29, 2003. On this day, the whole company travel to a sightseeing place where they can enjoy very beautiful view, attend team play, fashion show or music etc… All people attend the picnic enthusiastically. They feel interested and pleasant. They have chance to exchange information about not only their work but also their daily lives. Such picnics make the whole company united like a family and become more and more prosperous.
